SLEEP MD® INGREDIENT INFORMATION

Medicinal Ingredients: Each serving (1 Timed-Release, EZ-Swallow caplet) contains QuickSleep™ Proprietary Blend 384 mg (containing white willow bark extract [as Salix alba] [standardized for 25% salicin], valerian root extract [as Valeriana officinalis] [deodorized grade], lemon balm leaf extract [as Melissa officinalis], hops strobile extract [as Humulus lupulus],
lavender flower and leaf powder [as Lavandula officinalis], melatonin (featuring Nano-Diffuse™ technology), passionflower aerial parts extract [as Passiflora incarnate] [standardized for 3.5% flavonoids], coenzyme Q10, and Scutellaria lateriflora aerial parts powder).Non-medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate anhydrous, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, coating (partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, talc, indigo carmine, polysorbate 80), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, sucralose.
